COVID19 Update

We are please to announce that from April 30, we will be re-opening!!

Initially we will be operating with reduced operating hours, and limited staff.  Our team will also be following strict policy and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.  These will be reviewed on a periodical basis in alignment with government advice and regulation.  

Some interim changes will include:

  • Payments: until further notice we will only accept card for payment.  Cash will not be accepted.

  • Limits: to ensure social distancing can be maintained, we will be limited to a maximum of 4 clients in store at any given time.  Therefore to avoid disappointment, ensure you book online or calling the salon on (07) 5591 8599.

  • Health Questionnaire: to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, our staff will confirm with you the following questions:

    • Are you feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough or shortness of breath?

    • Have you had close contact* with someone who has a confirmed case of coronavirus (COVID-19)? *face-to-face contact for more than 15 minutes, or have shared an enclosed space for more than two hours.

    • Have you travelled overseas in the last 14 days?

    • If you have responded to yes to any of these, then we are unfortunately unable to proceed with appointment and to reschedule for a later time.

We have made some other changes to support our clients from April 30.  These include:

  • AfterPay: You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight using your AfterPay account. 

  • Gift Vouchers: Clients can now purchase gift vouchers online or from you phone directly.  Stuck for the perfect gift idea?  Well no more.  After you make your purchase, the voucher is emailed directly to the lucky recipient.

  • Online Shop: We now have our fabulous Davines retail products available online for purchase.  We deliver domestically and no delivery fee.  Click on the Shop link above and treat yourself.
