Available in any amount, in-salon or online.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
General
ARIA HAIR gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on your card or in your gift card email.
Gift cards can be used for any services or retail products at ARIA HAIR, 4/713–715 Military Rd, Mosman NSW 2088.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given. Any unused balance stays on the card until it expires.
Gift cards can be used across multiple visits until the balance is used up.
If a service or product costs more than the card balance, the difference can be paid by another payment method.
Please present your gift card (physical card or email) at the time of payment. Bookings are subject to availability.
Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Physical gift cards
9. Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Online gift cards
10. Online gift cards are sent by email to the address provided at checkout. Please check that the recipient’s details are correct, as we’re not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address.
11. If your gift card hasn’t arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at hello@ariahair.com.au.
12. Please keep your gift card email safe, as it contains your unique gift card number.
Bookings
13. ARIA HAIR’s standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to bookings made with a gift card. Any applicable fees may be deducted from the gift card balance.
